Welcome to Juno's Purrfect Cattery Retreat. These terms and conditions outline our commitment to feline safety and luxury care. By booking a stay with us, you agree to our policies regarding health vaccinations, medical intervention, and deposit standards. We prioritize a serene, boutique environment for all our guests, and your adherence to these simple guidelines ensures a joyful retreat for every feline member of your family.
Booking - Please use the enquiry form on the website to check availability, we will be back in touch as soon as possible. A 50% deposit will be required within 3 days to confirm the booking, failure to do so could mean the available slots are offered to another customer. Deposits can be made by cash or bank transfer. Once booking is confirmed and a deposit paid, Juno that cattery will require our client booking forms to be completed for the day of arrival. This can be downloaded from the menu. Completion of this form is a must and all details will be secured for a period of 3 years. If you are unable to download and complete the form, we have paper copies available to fill out on arrival. Cancellation - A full refund of your deposit will be issued should the cancellation not be within 28 days of the stay. Refunds for cancelations made within 28 days of the stay will be considered depending on circumstance.
On arrival - Arrival at the cattery will be during our opening times and will be at the designated time slot agreed. Please bring your cat/s in a suitable and durable carrier. These will be stored securely until collection. Please make sure the booking forms are completed and all relevant required documentation is available.

Home comforts - We aim to provide a comforting stay for your cat. However we understand pet owners like to bring their pets some home comforts. We have no objection to this, but doing so will be at your own risk. We can not be responsible for the damage or loss of personal items if left with us.
Diet/food - Food is provided during the stay and we have a range of meals available. However we can not cater to every cats dietary needs/requirements. Should your cat be on a special food/diet, please bring enough food for the duration of the stay. Discounts will not be offered if you bring their food.
Collection - Collection of your furry friend will be made during our opening times unless otherwise agreed. Early collection is possible, however no refunds will be given for any unused days of the agreed stay. Each pen is reserved in advance exclusively. ups and drop offs can be facilitated by our selves for an extra charge starting at £10 and depends on location. Please get in touch if this is something you would like to discuss. Holidays can be stressful enough!

Late collection - We understand you may be late as things happen! We do have a holding pen and can accommodate this for up to 12 hours. (Regulations). Please be in touch if you think you may be late, especially if it will possibly surpass the 12 hour mark (i.e. flight delayed) so things can be put in place.
Our requirements - All cats staying at Juno that cattery must be fully vaccinated against feline Influenza and feline Enteritis. Vaccinations must have been given at least 10 days prior to the stay. Vaccinations against feline leukaemia virus is also recommended. Proof of vaccination will be required on arrival, failure to provide the certificate will result in refusal to stay and loss of deposit. Kittens must also be fully vaccinated. There no are exceptions to this rule.
Fleas - All cats must have been treated for fleas before the stay using a vet recommended treatment. Flea collars are not classed a suitable treatment for such. All cats will be inspected on arrival. Should treatment be required because of infestation or treatment not up to date, Juno that cattery will administer a £20 charge to the owner for the treatment. Fleas can spread rapidly between guests and we take it very seriously.

Worming - All cats must have been recently wormed by a vet recommended treatment. Any cats found to have an infestation or not up to date treatment, Juno that cattery will charge a fee of £15 to the owner for the treatment.
Neutering - All cats over the age of 7 months must have been neutered. There are no exceptions and will be refused boarding resulting in loss of deposit.
Illness - Cats who present with any type of viral, infectious or contagious illness will be refused boarding. Any cat who presents ill during their stay will be taken to their usual veterinary practice if practicable. If not practicable we will use own own designated veterinary practice, Lawrence Veterinary. All costs will be charged back to the owner.

Medication- Medication can be administered with your permission following directions of how and how often.
Abandonment - Juno that cattery will consider a cat abandoned after 14 days of none contact from the owner or other representative. We will then make arrangements with the correct authority to house the abandoned cat. Legal action will be taken to pursue the outstanding costs.
